Located in Kent, Washington - just 15 minutes from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA), the official event venue is easily reached via I-5 or Highway 167. Attendees flying into SEATAC can take a quick Uber or Lyft to the event area. Free on-site parking is available for those driving in.

YES. This is a hands-on working event.

At a minimum, bring:

✅ Login credentials for your systems (email platform, CRM, website builder, etc.)

✅ A notebook, water bottle, and anything else that helps you stay productive

✅ An open mind — you’ll leave with your hands dirty (in the best way)

Can I Bring A Business Partner Or Team Member?

Yes - in fact, we encourage it. If you want to divide and conquer, or have someone help implement what you’re building, we support that.

Where Should I Stay?

There are several nearby hotel options in Kent, WA - including those close to Riverbend Golf Course and SeaTac Airport. We recommend booking early.


However, the official event venue hotel is Best Western Plus Plaza At The Green in Kent, WA.

We have a discounted hotel block reserved on the same property as the official event venue, Best Western Plus Plaza At The Green in Kent, Washington.

When Should I Arrive?

Plan to arrive by the afternoon of Thursday, August 14th so you can check in, settle into your hotel, and join us for the Thursday evening Welcome Mixer.

The core training days are Friday, August 15 – Sunday, August 17, running from 8:00 AM to approximately 6:00 PM daily, with Sunday wrapping by 3:30 PM.

What If I’m Not Great With Tech?

You’ll be in great hands.


We walk through every component of the system - from mapping your funnel and messaging to setting up automations and AI tools - and we do it live, step-by-step, at a pace that’s digestible.

You’ll never be left behind, and we’ll have team members available for on-the-spot help during implementation blocks.

What If I Already Have Systems In Place?

Perfect. That means you can refine, optimize, and scale what you’ve already built.


This event is built for both:

Are Tickets Refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable, as your seat holds space, materials, food, and production costs.

No. This is an in-the-room only experience.
